Returns And Exchanges

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or stains will not be eligible for return.
  • Certain items like accessories, scarves, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, you can opt for a store credit or refund.
  • The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at contact@example.com or WhatsApp our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Mention your order number, item details, and the reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC (for domestic) and DHL or Aramex (for international) to ensure your hijabs and outfits reach you in perfect condition.

6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • In case of a defective or wrong product, please share unboxing photos/videos for quick resolution.
